Here and there, people tell me of the wonders of drawing hands, so here goes. As motivation to improve my skills, I'm going to force myself to do a few posts detailing my progress.
First thoughts? This sucks. I feel like I'm looking at a bunch of tiny penises on my paper.

Habits
At some point in my time at Wood Stone, I started drawing little kitty thumbnails. It was mostly a way to pester two of my favorite co-workers, Brett and Brian. I didn't really realize it for a while, but at one point, I was drawing at least a kitty-a-day. Here are a couple of examples:

Brianna & Larisa Decide to DRAW.
Bri was nice enough to spend the weekend with Archer, my feisty-feline, while I enjoyed a weekend away. I was feeling like a night in, so we spent a few hours chatting girl-style in my living room. Then we: (1) played with her new stamp set, (2) decided to start a drawing club, (3) decided to start a drawing club blog, (4) found the 2011 Pantone color of the year, and (5) learned how to high-five like seasoned pros.
